Corine Duke Recruitment Pty Ltd in Mount Druitt, NSW is seeking a Logistics and Customer Service Administrator to join a busy site. This full-time permanent role offers training from day one and a salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 plus super.

You will handle front-of-house and admin tasks, liaise with builders, drivers and suppliers, and help coordinate production and deliveries. Own transport is preferred due to limited public transport.

Formación

• Customer experience in trade or building supplies is preferred.
• Some hands-on admin like orders, invoicing or data entry.
• Calm and straight-talking when deliveries are late.
• Own transport and Australian working rights.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with builders, contractors, drivers and suppliers by phone, email and on site.
• Process quotes, orders and payments and keep stock records accurate.
• Coordinate schedules, deliveries and daily truck runs with production and logistics.
• Notify customers and reshuffle deliveries when production slips.
• Keep admin moving: data entry, registers and site reports.
