Job summary

InterContinental Perth City Centre is seeking a Food & Beverage Teamleader to oversee the Restaurants & Bars operation in a full-time capacity. You will lead and train the team, ensure service excellence and uphold our premium brand standards across breakfast, Heno & Rey, and Gallery Meeting Suites.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of leadership experience, superior guest service skills, and RSA + Food Safety Certifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience leading a team in a busy venue.
• RSA certification
• Food Safety Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the F&B team and ensure service delivery.
• Train, supervise and inspire team while maintaining brand standards.
• Sell a wide variety of beverages and food using strong product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager and Duty Managers.
