Job summary

Holiday Inn Perth City Centre is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the Ivy & Jack team in a dynamic, all-day dining venue. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure warm, professional service for guests from hotel guests to local clients.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year as a supervisor or 2+ years as a team leader in F&B, strong beverage knowledge, and a proactive mindset. RSA, Food Safety Certificate, and police clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Food & Beverage Team Leader (2+ years) or Supervisor (1+ year).
• Strong beverage knowledge and service skills.
• Excellent guest service attitude and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support and coach F&B attendants and identify training needs.
• Ensure safety protocols and responsible service standards are followed.
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide warm, professional service.
• Prepare and present food and beverages to established standards.
