InterContinental Perth City Centre is seeking a Food & Beverage Teamleader to oversee the Restaurants & Bars operation in a full-time capacity. You will lead and train the team, ensure service excellence and uphold our premium brand standards across breakfast, Heno & Rey, and Gallery Meeting Suites.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of leadership experience, superior guest service skills, and RSA + Food Safety Certifications.

We are currently seeking a full timeTeam Leaderto join our Restaurants & Bars team. This role willprovide support across Breakfast, Heno and Rey, and Gallery Meeting Suites as needed.

Your day to day

Working alongside the hotels Food and Beverage Manager and Duty Managers, theTeamleaderwill enthusiastically demonstratetheirdedicationto deliveringInspire Incredible with eachguest and colleague interaction.

As a member of our Restaurants & BarsLeadership Team you will be responsible for the day to day operation and seamless service delivery. With a passionate and hands-onapproach from this role,this will include; aligningwith our brand standards and sophisticated service culture,training, supervising and inspiring others and using strong product knowledge tosella wide variety of beverages and food.

What we need from you

The ideal candidate will...

• Haveover 1 years provenexperience in motivating and leading a team of others in a busy and modern venue.
• Exceptional customer service skills and have a high ability to interact with guests & colleagues.
• Have an eye for detail and be an enthusiastic and approachable person who is motivated to take ownership and consistently deliver a unique guest experience.
• Be able to work well in a team environment and support the wider team success.
• Be flexible with their availability – early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekend and public holiday shifts are all part of the job.

A candidate must also...

• Have the legal right to work in Australia, full time hours, without limitation or restrictions.
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and Food Safety Certification.
