Job summary

Holiday Inn in Australia’s Victoria region is seeking a Front of House Team Member to lead and coordinate the F&B team, greet guests, and take beverage and food orders with prompt, professional service.

You will monitor RSA compliance, assist with opening/closing duties, handle guest feedback, manage payments, and collaborate with other departments to maintain quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent RSA serves skills.
• Fitness – you’ll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling.
• Strength – you’ll lift, push or pull objects up to 23 kg.
• Compliant – in line with local food handling and alcohol laws, fluent in local language.
• Articulate – warm, welcoming and easy to talk to.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the F&B team to deliver premium service for guests.
• Greet guests and take beverage and food orders promptly and professionally.
• Prepare drinks and food for service and present in line with standards.
• Monitor alcohol service and RSA breaches, escalate to Manager on Duty as needed.
• Clear and clean tables promptly, maintain stations and equipment.
• Assist opening/closing duties and ensure departments are tidy and compliant.
• Log guest complaints and work with front office for follow-up.
