PARKROYAL Hotels & Resorts – Melbourne Airport is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our Restaurant, Bar and In-Room Dining teams. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure smooth daily operations, and mentor a service-focused team during peak breakfast and dinner periods.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a Restaurant & Bar supervisory role, strong knowledge of food & beverage, RSA certificate, and a proactive, collaborative approach to creating memorable hotel

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Restaurant & Bar Supervisor.
• Solid knowledge of food & beverage operations.
• A current Victorian RSA certificate is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant, bar and in-room dining operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Develop and coach team members to deliver personalised service.
• Focus supervisory coverage during breakfast and dinner shifts, including weekends.
• Manage guest requests and service recovery with professionalism.
