Job summary

Holiday Inn Sydney Potts Point is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead, coach and develop the F&B team, delivering exceptional guest service while upholding brand standards.

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to create memorable guest experiences, drive loyalty, maximise revenue opportunities, and contribute to departmental profitability.

This role requires full working rights in Australia, strong leadership and flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Full working rights in Australia (full-time position).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage senior role, preferably within a hotel/hospitality environment.
• Exceptional customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
• Strong knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or in Food & Beverage related field preferred
• Flexibility - evening, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
• Valid NSW RSA Competency card is required
• Ability to inspire passion, enthusiasm and positivity in the team to drive an engaged, winning culture
