Job summary

Hannah St Hotel, part of the TFE Hotels portfolio in Melbourne, seeks a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll coach staff, manage daily operations, and uphold safety standards in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• RSA certification is preferred where required.
• Food Safety or Food Handling Certificate is preferred where required.
• Leadership or Hospitality qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Food & Beverage team during service to deliver guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Provide day-to-day coaching, guidance and support to team members.
• Monitor service standards and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery across the venue.
• Support rostering, onboarding and capability development of team members.
• Maintain compliance with WHS, food safety and RSA requirements.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and operational planning.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
