Job summary

Accor's ibis Styles Sydney Central invites a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead Mee So and our breakfast service in Sydney's CBD. You will guide a skilled team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and influence menu development for two dining concepts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
• Strong all-round Food & Beverage knowledge, including barista and bar service skills.
• A natural passion for leading by example and building positive team connections.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A talent for multitasking while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work a rotating 38-hour roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Valid Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and inspire a talented team across Mee So and breakfast service.
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction in two dining experiences.
• Collaborate on development of food and beverage menus with fresh ideas.
• Maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced environment with dynamic shifts.
