Accor's Novotel Sydney City Centre in the Sydney CBD is seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead a talented team and deliver exceptional service to our valued guests.

You will oversee on-shift operations, ensure efficient service, manage cash summaries, provide on-the-job training, and build strong relationships across departments while maintaining menu knowledge and compliance with NSW RSA.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Food & Beverage operations in a hotel or hospitality venue.
• All round Food & Beverage knowledge including barista & bar skills.
• A passion for leadership and strong communication skills.
• The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to work 38 hours per week on a rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• A valid NSW RSA.
• Valid Australian working rights.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
• Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally while adhering to menu knowledge, service standards, and dietary requirements.
• Provide guests and patrons an experience and environment that exceeds expectations.
• Ensure revenue for the shift is accounted for with cash/charge summary being completed to balance daily activities.
• Implement and establish on-the-job training programs for colleagues.
• Build strong, interdepartmental relationships in the Hotel.
