The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, guest satisfaction, and flexibility across early mornings, evenings, and weekends in a vibrant hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage operations within hospitality venues.
• Comprehensive F&B knowledge including barista and bar service.
• Natural leadership by example.
• Excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking delivering guest experiences.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• NSW RSA certificate.
