The Sydney Boulevard Hotel is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our Restaurant, Bar & Events Team in Sydney’s CBD. Provide efficient, friendly service and uphold high hygiene and service standards.

You will oversee onboarding, training, rostering, and ensure RSA and liquor licensing compliance while driving revenue through product knowledge.

Minimum 2 years F&B experience, RSA certificate, and ability to work varied shifts are essential. Accor benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a food and beverage outlet.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
• Strong knowledge of beverages including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
• Micros knowledge desirable.
• Service oriented with an eye for detail.
• Multicultural awareness and ability to work with diverse cultures.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.
• Strong focus and passion for hotel operations.
• Confident communication and networking skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide efficient, friendly and professional food & beverage service to guests.
• Maintain high hygiene and presentation standards across all F&B areas.
• Ensure accurate order-taking, billing and RSA/licensing compliance.
• Drive revenue through product knowledge and upselling.
• Supervise, coach and support the F&B team with onboarding and training.
• Assist with roster planning to maintain cost-effective staffing levels.
