Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an F&B management role.
• RSA and Food Safety certification required.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, courteous and personalised service to guests, including responding to requests and complaints.
• Maintain F&B outlets, facilities and equipment to required cleanliness, presentation and operational standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and achieve HeartBeat and Winning Metrics goals.
• Drive team performance in Guest Love, Problem Handling and other service measures.
• Develop departmental trainers and team leaders to strengthen service capability.
• Ensure consistent F&B service across all guest touchpoints and benchmark standards.
• Partner with the Commercial team to plan events and ensure appropriate staffing and resources.
• Monitor IHG quality, metric and audit requirements, including Quality Evaluation & Measurement.
• Report maintenance and repair requirements promptly and follow required systems and procedures.
