InterContinental Perth City Centre is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead daily on-floor operations across Breakfast, Gallery Meeting Suites, and Ascua. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will drive guest satisfaction, staff engagement, and revenue while upholding standards, safety, and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of team leadership in busy hospitality settings, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across seven days.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of team leadership experience in a busy, modern restaurant or bar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day on-floor operations for Breakfast, Gallery Meeting Suites, and Ascua venues across the hotel.
• Report to the Food and Beverage Manager and drive guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, and revenue goals.
• Ensure venue standards, safety and compliance are met across allocated venues.
• Coach and develop team members, empowering a high-performance work environment.
• Resolve guest issues promptly with professional, brand-aligned service.
• Engage with guests and colleagues to foster a positive working atmosphere and brand experience.
