Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is looking for aspirational leaders to join our Sydney network as Store Leaders, Department Managers or Team Leads. You will inspire and coach teams, deliver outstanding service, drive sales, manage stock flow and promotions, and uphold presentation and safety standards across busy stores.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high stock volumes on a busy retail floor.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams of 15–30+ members.
• Passion for nurturing talent and driving team success.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Adaptability and problem-solving with a results-focused mindset.
• Confident communication and comfort with retail systems.
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain—funded by us).
