Spotlight Retail Group is hiring a Retail Manager to lead operations in the Adelaide area. The role supports the Store Manager in day-to-day duties, drives stock recovery, and delivers department KPI targets while building a high-performing team focused on customer service.

The ideal candidate will bring strong retail leadership, visual merchandising skills, and the ability to manage high stock volumes, with a proactive, owner-like mindset and a commitment to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Having an owner's mindset for your department.
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team.
• A resilient & innovative problem solver.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Lead by example in all areas
• High volume stock management
• Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards
• Launching and planning catalogue campaigns
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
