Job summary

Spotlight is seeking a capable retail supervisor to coordinate the full employee life cycle, build a high-performing team, and drive sales growth. You will launch catalogue campaigns, maintain store standards, and manage stock with rigor to meet KPI targets.

The ideal candidate brings strong time management, visual merchandising, and reporting skills, is physically capable of handling large stock volumes, and embraces a proactive, owner-like approach to store success.
