Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a Store Manager in VIC to lead daily operations, develop teams, and drive customer service excellence. You will oversee visual merchandising, stock management, and catalogue campaigns while ensuring high store standards and strong performance across KPIs.

The role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team within Spotlight, Anaconda and Harris Scarfe brands, with a focus on sales growth, stock control, and exceptional customer experiences.
