Job summary

Australian Superintendence Company (ASC) by SGS is a long-established provider of testing, inspection and laboratory services to the Australian grain export industry. This role in East Brisbane supports the generation of export documents, reports and certificates for a global client base.

The Documents Administrator handles client communication, maintains the FileMaker database, and performs routine admin duties in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel, preferably on Apple Mac.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and learn new workflows quickly.

Responsibilities

• Draft analysis reports and quality/weight certificates for export documentation.
• Liaise with clients via email and phone to gather information and respond to queries.
• Maintain laboratory database (FileMaker) and handle typical admin tasks (word processing, data entry).
