Job summary
Bega Valley Automotive and Bega Valley Toyota in NSW are seeking two experienced Sales Consultants to join our busy, multi-franchise dealership group on the Sapphire Coast. You will handle selling new, demo, and used vehicles and manage enquiries from walk-ins, phone, and online leads.
Relocation support for the right applicants, a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, and ongoing manufacturer training in a supportive team environment await.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in automotive sales.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Self-motivated, target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Well presented with a current driver’s licence.
Responsibilities
- Selling new, demo and used vehicles across our franchise portfolio.
- Managing customer enquiries from walk-in, phone and online leads.
- Conducting test drives and product presentations.
- Negotiating and closing deals, including trade-ins, finance and accessories.
- Building a client base through follow-up and referral business.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction standards.
