Job summary

Central Coast Automotive Pty Ltd in Tuggerah, NSW is seeking an enthusiastic Vehicle Sales professional to join our team on a full-time basis. You will represent quality vehicles, drive sales, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Key duties include greeting customers, presenting vehicle features, conducting test drives, negotiating terms, handling paperwork, and using our CRM to track leads and service requests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vehicle sales or a similar retail sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Product knowledge of vehicles, including features, specifications and financing options.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and dealership management software.
• A valid driver's licence and the ability to conduct professional test drives.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective customers, understanding their vehicle requirements and budget.
• Conduct product knowledge presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
• Negotiate sales terms and close transactions in a professional and ethical manner.
• Prepare and process sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using dealership management systems.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed about current vehicle inventory, pricing, promotions and financing options.
• Provide after-sales support and guidance on vehicle features and warranty information.
