Job summary

Bega Valley Automotive and Bega Valley Toyota in NSW are seeking two experienced Sales Consultants to join our busy, multi-franchise dealership group on the Sapphire Coast. You will handle selling new, demo, and used vehicles and manage enquiries from walk-ins, phone, and online leads.

Relocation support for the right applicants, a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, and ongoing manufacturer training in a supportive team environment await.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive sales.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Well presented with a current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Selling new, demo and used vehicles across our franchise portfolio.
• Managing customer enquiries from walk-in, phone and online leads.
• Conducting test drives and product presentations.
• Negotiating and closing deals, including trade-ins, finance and accessories.
• Building a client base through follow-up and referral business.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction standards.
