Job summary

Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC – Melbourne VIC is seeking a proactive Business Support Officer to provide executive support to two Directors within Emergency Management Victoria. You will contribute to a range of projects in a fast-paced environment and help keep leadership well informed and supported.

Key duties include inbox, diary and meeting management; prioritising emails, briefs and invoices; and collaborating with the EMV Business Support team to ensure timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience providing support to senior managers in a large organisation.
• Strong administrative and business support including handling financial records and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality administrative and business support for Directors, including inbox, diary and meeting management.
• Assess and prioritise emails, briefs, invoices and correspondence and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with the EMV Business Support function to ensure Directors are well supported, informed and briefed.
