Job summary

Emergency Management Victoria (EMV), within the Department of Justice and Community Safety, seeks a Business Support Officer to provide executive support for two Directors within the Capability, Communications and Regional Operations division.

You will deliver high-quality administrative services, manage inboxes and calendars, handle invoices and correspondence, and contribute to a range of projects to keep leadership informed and briefing-ready in a dynamic emergency management environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing support to senior managers.
• Experience in administrative and business support including financial records.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality administrative and business support for Directors, including inbox, diary and meeting management.
• Assess and prioritise emails, briefs, invoices and correspondence and take follow-up action.
• Collaborate within the EMV Business Support function to ensure Directors are well supported and briefed.
