Job summary

The Department of Justice and Community Safety's Emergency Management Victoria (EMV) is seeking a proactive Business Support Officer to provide executive and administrative support to two Directors within the Capability, Communications and Regional Operations division.

You will manage inboxes, diaries, meetings, briefs and invoices, prioritise tasks, and collaborate across the EMV Business Support team to keep leadership well briefed and informed.

Qualifications

• Experience providing support to senior managers in a large organisation.
• Strong administrative and financial records management capabilities.
• Ability to prioritise emails, briefs and invoices with proactive follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality administrative and business support for the Directors, including inbox, diary and meeting management.
• Assess and prioritise emails, briefs, invoices and correspondence and take appropriate follow up action.
• Collaborate within the EMV Business Support function to ensure Directors are well supported and briefed.
