OFS is seeking an Executive Support Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Vice President, Future Students (VP-FS) and other senior leaders within this dynamic portfolio.
This role will ensure the smooth operation of executive functions including HR requirements, diary management, complex travel arrangements, and facilitate strategic communications. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of a prestigious institution known for its innovative approach to education.
