As an integral member of the Clinical Placements Team, you will contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment while gaining experience across a variety of administrative and coordination activities that support student learning and engagement.
The primary purpose of this role is to work closely with colleagues to coordinate and implement the administrative processes required to place students within the Bond University Medical Program and Allied Health Programs. You will help ensure placements run smoothly and efficiently by maintaining clear communication, supporting compliance requirements, and collaborating with Curriculum and Assessment Administration Teams.
In this team-based role, you will contribute to shared workflows, support colleagues with system use and information management, and help maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality placement information. You will work collaboratively with academics, professional staff, and external partners to ensure students and stakeholders are well-informed and supported throughout their placement experience.
We are seeking a motivated and professional individual with strong administrative capability who will contribute positively to a collaborative team environment. You will be someone who works effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrates initiative, and values opportunities for cross-training and professional growth.
The salary for the position commences at $74,096.61 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
