Bond University is seeking experienced Executive Assistants to join our Casual Administration Register (CAR) to support senior leaders across the University. This register fills short-term and fixed-term opportunities, including executive leave cover during periods of increased demand.

The register is used to fill short-term and fixed-term opportunities, including executive leave cover and periods of increased operational demand. Executive Assistants play a critical role in enabling senior leaders to operate effectively, providing trusted, high-level support within fast-paced and complex environments.

Contract length can vary from a casual appointment with an hourly rate to a shorter fixed term assignment.
Hourly rates will generally vary between $56.05 - $64.10 per hour plus 12% super, depending on the level of skill and expertise required to undertake the role.
