The Office of Future Students (OFS) at Bond University has a clear vision to raise the University’s global reputation as a premium institution with a distinct value proposition, to generate growth opportunities and to encourage more students to consider, engage with, and ultimately choose to study at Bond University. OFS is seeking an Executive Support Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Vice President, Future Students (VP-FS) and other senior leaders within this dynamic portfolio. This role will ensure the smooth operation of executive functions including HR requirements, diary management, complex travel arrangements, and facilitate strategic communications. About the Person: The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience in an executive support role, in addition to:
The salary for the position commences at $85,707 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
