Job summary

Bond University seeks a Systems & Process Advisor in the Finance team to improve systems and processes across Financial Services. You will analyse workflows, document procedures and support practical, sustainable improvements while applying governance principles.

The role focuses on finance system administration, process documentation and delivering efficiency gains within a top Australian private university on the Gold Coast campus in Robina.

Qualifications

About the Position

Join the Finance team as a Systems & Process Advisor and play a key role in improving the systems, processes and ways of working that support Financial Services across the university.

You will provide advice and support across finance and payroll systems, workflows and operational procedures. You will analyse current processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, compliance and service delivery, and support the implementation of practical, sustainable improvements.

This is a great opportunity for a process-focused professional who enjoys understanding how systems and processes work, finding smarter ways of doing things, and contributing to continuous improvement. You will be involved in system enhancements, process documentation and workflow mapping, while applying best-practice process improvement and governance principles to support organisational effectiveness.

About the Person

We are looking for a systems and process-focused professional who enjoys solving problems, improving the way things work and supporting others to get the most from their systems and processes. You will bring relevant qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline, together with experience in finance systems administration, business process improvement, procedural development or a similar operational environment.

You will be confident analysing systems and processes, investigating issues, identifying root causes and translating your findings into practical improvements. Experience developing and maintaining procedural documentation, standard operating procedures and user guides, as well as supporting finance, payroll, workforce management or enterprise systems, will be highly valued.

Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $85,707 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
