SwarmFarm Robotics in Australia seeks an exceptional Executive Business Partner to work with the CEO, turning big-picture thinking into clear actions and aligned priorities. You will own the CEO’s inbox and calendar and collaborate with the EA team to ensure momentum and visibility across leadership.

You’ll orchestrate decision tracking, governance, and executive communications while coordinating with investors, legal, and partners.

Competenze

4+ years as a senior EA, executive business partner, operations coordinator or project manager.
Relentlessly reliable with a well-run system and a cleared to-do list.
Calm under pressure and adaptable as priorities shift.
Strong communication, trustworthy and discreet with sensitive information.

Inbox, calendar and communications: manage CEO inbox, Slack, calendar and meeting requests; prepare a daily briefing.
Time and priority management: plan CEO calendar with high-value activities and internal priorities.
Meeting coverage: attend meetings or review AI-generated summaries and brief on outcomes.
Decision tracking and governance: maintain decision log in Asana and ensure follow-up.
Board and investor reporting support: prepare packs and ensure timely reporting.
Systems, processes and team coordination: standardize Asana as primary task system and templates.
