Marriott Hotels in Sydney is seeking a Guest Relations Team Leader for the Executive Lounge. This full‑time position focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, handling inquiries, and ensuring requests are met with warmth and efficiency.

You will manage reservations, coordinate with multiple departments, mentor a team, and contribute to continuous service improvements while upholding Marriott's commitment to hospitality excellence and guest wellbeing.

Responsabilités

• Respond to guest questions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Take and confirm reservations and cancellations.
• Provide information on amenities, services, and local areas of interest.
• Arrange or identify providers for special guest requests.
• Coordinate with the appropriate departments to resolve requests.
• Collaborate with management to improve department performance and set goals.
• Assign and ensure tasks are completed on time with quality standards.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect assets and guest privacy.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, assist guests with disabilities.
• Communicate professionally; draft and review documents; answer phones with proper etiquette.
• Build positive working relationships; support team goals; listen to colleagues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and seek efficiency improvements.
• Identify and implement ideas to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost-savings.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; handle lifting (≤10 lbs).
• Perform other duties as requested by Supervisors.
