The ideal candidate has a warm, engaging demeanor, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. NSW RSA certification and Australian working rights are required; uniforms and professional presentation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Completing the opening preparation and pack-down duties to ensure the Executive Lounge is prepared for service.
• Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival and bid guests farewell upon departure.
• Answer incoming phone calls to the Executive Lounge.
• Alert the kitchen if food/beverage needs to be replenished and promptly refill items.
• Deliver food & beverage amenities to guests’ rooms as instructed.
