Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the Executive Lounge for service.
• Greet guests warmly on arrival and bid farewell on departure.
• Answer incoming calls to the Executive Lounge.
• Coordinate with kitchen to replenish food/beverage items as needed.
• Restock and maintain cleanliness of counters and tables.
• Maintain positive relationships across hotel departments and with vendors.
• Ensure NSW RSA compliance when serving alcohol.
• Provide courteous, one-to-one service to each guest.
• Inspect and maintain lounge cleanliness, lighting, and ambiance.
• Escort VIP guests and deliver amenities accordingly.
