Job summary

Transport Accident Commission (TAC) in Geelong seeks an Executive General Manager for Marketing and Behaviour Change. The role leads the division, shaping strategy and directing evidence-based initiatives to influence safer road-user behaviours and community engagement.

Reporting to the CEO, the EGM will drive partnerships, oversee four direct reports, and advance TAC’s public value through strategic communication and behaviour-change programs. Hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Extensive executive leadership experience and ability to shape strategy.
• Proven success engaging government, industry and partners.
• Experience leading contemporary behaviour change systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing and Behaviour Change Division and strategic portfolio.
• Provide direction for evidence-based initiatives influencing safer road use.
• Engage stakeholders to align engagement, communication and behaviour change efforts.
• Support TAC’s strategic objectives and community impact.
