Job summary

The Transport Accident Commission Victoria (TAC) invites applications for the Executive General Manager, Marketing and Behaviour Change. This senior leadership role reports to the CEO and shapes strategy across marketing, partnerships and community engagement to influence safer road use.

Based in Geelong with flexible hybrid working, the EGM leads a division with four direct reports and is expected to drive evidence-based initiatives that deliver public value for road safety.

Qualifications

• Strategic executive leadership experience with the ability to shape enterprise strategy.
• Proven ability to lead partnerships with government, industry and partners.
• Expertise in communications and behaviour change with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TAC's Marketing and Behaviour Change Division with strategic direction and accountability for safety-focused initiatives.
• Drive evidence-based programs and partnerships to influence safer road-user behaviours and public value.
• Provide executive leadership within the organisation's oversight and reporting framework.
