Job summary

Transport Accident Commission Victoria is seeking an Executive General Manager, Planning Change and Assurance in Geelong. This senior role leads enterprise portfolio management, ensuring investments and resources align with strategy to deliver measurable value and improved performance.

The role sits on the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO, with three direct reports and a three-year fixed term executive contract. Hybrid work is available in Geelong.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise portfolio management and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to advise CEOs and Boards on complex investment decisions.
• Strong governance, risk and performance management skills.
• Experience translating strategy into prioritised portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Planning, Change and Assurance Division and portfolio.
• Ensure priorities, investments and resources align to strategy.
• Provide independent advice to CEO, ELT and Board.
• Drive delivery confidence and governance across programs.
