• Experienced recruitment professional with Technology, Projects or Professional Services background.
• Strong ability to build strategic client relationships at executive level.
• Proven track record in leading and mentoring recruitment teams.
• Credible stakeholder engagement with executives and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national Enterprise growth strategy.
• Build executive level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Transformation Leaders and HR executives.
• Create strategic client mapping plans to identify and unlock opportunities.
• Establish and grow multi-hire and project-based recruitment partnerships.
• Position Hudson UpperGround as a trusted advisor in Technology, Projects and Transformation talent.
