Job summary

Talent Forge Group is partnering with a leading Enterprise AI unicorn to hire the first Enterprise Account Executive in Australia. This is a ground-floor opportunity to own the full sales cycle, engage with C-level stakeholders, and drive significant land-and-expand within large organisations.

You will self-generate pipeline, collaborate with product and implementation teams, and shape the Australian GTM motion in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling seven-figure ACV deals.
• Existing Tier 1 enterprise network is highly advantageous.
• Strong experience navigating large, complex enterprise organisations.
• Consultative, multi-threaded sales approach.
• Experience in a high-growth/scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
• Build relationships with C-suite stakeholders — COO, CIO, CTO.
• Land and expand within major enterprise accounts.
• Self-generate pipeline and build the Australian GTM motion.
• Multi-thread across large, complex organisations; work with technical, product and implementation teams.
