Job summary

Balance Recruitment is partnering with a values-led organisation to appoint a General Manager, Enterprise & AI Architecture, Strategy and Procurement based in Macquarie Park. Qualifications

• Senior experience leading enterprise architecture in a large, complex organisation.
• Proven ability to set target-state architectures and roadmaps for major programs.
• Knowledge of AI architecture, governance and integration patterns.
• TOGAF or equivalent accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop architecture teams across enterprise, data, integration, infrastructure and security, with procurement leadership.
• Own and communicate the technology strategy, architecture vision, principles and multi-year roadmaps.
• Coordinate enterprise AI architecture across business, applications, data and security.
• Define reusable AI architecture patterns for embedded capabilities and platforms.
• Lead technology and AI governance, decision rights and procurement processes.
• Advise executives on technology trends, risks and business outcomes.
• Drive platform consolidation, lifecycle management and reduce technical debt.
• Lead sourcing and vendor governance for whole-of-life value.
• Translate complex technical issues into business implications.
