HUDSON AUST PTY LIMITED in Sydney is seeking a General Manager, Enterprise to lead the growth of our national Enterprise footprint and to develop and inspire a high performing team across Australia. Based in Sydney, you will engage with CIOs, CTOs and senior executives to expand our client portfolio and strengthen relationships with Australia’s largest organisations.

As General Manager, Enterprise, you will:

This is a leadership role with significant autonomy, visibility and influence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute a national Enterprise growth strategy
• Build executive level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Transformation Leaders, Program Directors, COOs and HR Executives
• Leverage and create strategic client mapping plans to identify and unlock new market opportunities
• Establish and grow multi hire and project-based recruitment partnerships
• Position UpperGround as a trusted advisor in Technology, Projects and Transformation talent solutions
• Lead and coach a high performing team of recruitment professionals
• Drive national collaboration across markets and practices
• Identify emerging market trends and growth opportunities
• Work with our Talent Community to maintain and build strong talent pipelines aligned to future client demand
• Deliver exceptional commercial performance while maintaining a people first culture

Who You Are

• An experienced recruitment professional with a background in Technology, Projects, Professional Services or related sectors
• Passionate about building and growing client relationships at a strategic level
• Commercially astute and energised by identifying new opportunities
• Experienced in leading, mentoring or motivating recruitment teams
• A confident and credible stakeholder who can engage executives and decision makers
• Skilled at developing strategic account plans and market growth initiatives
