Private Advertiser in Sydney seeks an experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the Director in a property development business. This part-time role offers varied exposure across executive support, administration, operations and tenant liaison.
Your duties include managing diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and reports, arranging travel, and maintaining records. The successful candidate will have advanced MS Office skills, strong written and verbal
You will work closely with the Director, providing high-level executive and administrative support while ensuring operational efficiency across the business. This is a varied and hands-on role offering broad exposure across executive support, administration, operations, tenant liaison, and business coordination.
Manage the Director's diary, calendar, meetings and appointments
Coordinate schedules, meetings and follow-ups
Manage email correspondence and action items
Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, meeting notes and correspondence
Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries
Liaise professionally with tenants, subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders
Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases
Prepare documentation, letters, reports, and business correspondence
Manage office administration and supplies
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrator
Previous experience in property management or real estate
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
A high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
