Job summary

Gough Recruitment seeks an Executive Assistant to support a Director in Sydney’s premium property market. You will manage a sophisticated calendar, coordinate meetings with clients, agents and investors, and prepare reports and presentations.

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience within real estate, property or corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organisation and diary management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to confidently manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Proactive, switched-on and solutions focused.
  • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and high-level clientele.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with clients, agents, investors and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, agendas and correspondence.
  • Manage communications and ensure actions are followed through.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive business matters with discretion.
  • Coordinate property documentation, contracts and due diligence processes.
  • Track transactions, deadlines and key property projects.
  • Liaise with senior executives, clients, consultants and property professionals.
  • Provide support across business and occasional personal administration.
  • Anticipate upcoming requirements and proactively manage priorities.

The Role

As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the Director while working closely with a team of agents and key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a complex calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements

  • Ensuring the Director and wider team remain organised, prepared and one step ahead
About You
  • Previous Executive Assistant experience within real estate, property or a corporate environment
