ONA Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders within a growing investment group in Sydney. The role focuses on high-level diary management, travel, and coordination to enable strategic decision-making.
You will also support people operations onboarding, training processes, and system improvements, while sharing front-of-house responsibilities with the broader EA team.

Your role will take the lead on:
EA to Head of Asset Management, around 75% of the role
Running the diary, travel and priorities of the Head of Asset Management so their time goes where it counts. This is a critical factor as this role is critical and central to the ongoing growth of the group.
Preparing wide ranging materials including board papers and briefing notes, through to acquisition and executive presentations.
Bringing the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle together, including property, leasing and risk reports, strategic asset plans and portfolio and budget reviews.
Keeping the wider team moving, following up deliverables with property managers, leasing executives and consultants, and keeping registers and records accurate so nothing slips.
People and culture support, around 25% of the role
Providing ad-hoc EA support to the Head of PeopleOwning the new starter experience, from system setup and equipment through to day one and the check-ins that follow.
Keeping training and compliance on track so the business stays ahead of its obligations without anyone chasing.
Supporting the systems people processes run on, including Employment Hero, scorecards and performance reviews, and helping make them simpler.
Shared office support within the broader EA group
This is a team where everyone pitches, alongside the two other EA's you will help keep the front of house running. Greeting visitors, answering the main phone line, setting up meeting rooms and ordering supplies are shared across the team currently.
