Job summary

Zoetis is seeking an ANZ Platform Executive Assistant and Colleague Experience Coordinator to provide high‑level, discreet support to the ANZ Platform Lead and champion communications, culture, wellbeing, and site administration across three sites in Australia.

You will connect Site Leaders with HR, managers, executives and colleagues, coordinating schedules, townhalls, workshops and leadership activities while ensuring consistent workplace communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders.
• Experience coordinating events or projects and managing complex schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the ANZ Platform Lead.
• Coordinate schedules, correspondence, stakeholders, vendors, and events across three manufacturing sites.
• Translate feedback and leadership priorities into practical site improvements while maintaining confidentiality.
