Job summary

Reo Group is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to a Group of Executives in an internationally connected organisation. The role demands sound judgement, discretion and the ability to operate at senior levels while handling a broad remit.

You will manage complex diaries, coordinate travel, prepare presentations and briefing materials, and engage with senior stakeholders to keep executives focused on priorities.

Qualifications

  • Experienced Executive Assistant with a strong track record supporting senior executives in a complex or fast-moving organisation.
  • Highly organised, commercially aware, able to navigate ambiguity with discretion in handling sensitive information and competing priorities.
  • Proactive thinker with sound judgement and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple executive diaries, priorities and commitments.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including last‑minute changes.
  • Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, briefing materials and meeting documentation.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, actions and follow-up.
  • Liaise confidently with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Anticipate requirements and proactively resolve issues before escalation.
  • Provide support across projects, initiatives and broader executive priorities.

Role Highlights: An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a Group of Executives within a complex, internationally connected organisation. This is a high-trust position for someone who brings sound judgement, discretion and the confidence to operate at senior levels, while managing a broad and evolving remit.

Role Overview

Working closely with a Group of Executives, you will oversee the coordination of diaries, travel, meetings, correspondence and executive priorities. You will act as a key point of connection across senior stakeholders, ensuring executives are prepared, informed and able to focus on their priorities. The role will also provide exposure to business-critical projects and initiatives, requiring someone who can move comfortably between detailed coordination and higher-level executive support.

Key Responsibilities
