150K–160K + Super | Western Sydney | Fully On-Site with Parking | Newly Created Role
A genuinely different Executive Assistant opportunity - Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who wants to work closely with a C-suite team, but doesn't want to sacrifice your work-life balance to do it?
This newly created position offers the opportunity to support a senior leadership team within a well-established construction and engineering business, with a broad remit across executive administration, reporting, presentations, tenders and stakeholder coordination. And importantly, work-life balance isn't just something written in the job description - it is genuinely valued by the leadership team.
The executives are hands-on, down-to-earth leaders who understand the importance of having a life outside of work. While there will occasionally be periods where deadlines require additional support, particularly around major tenders or reporting, the expectation is not that you routinely work long hours or be permanently available.
The Opportunity - You will provide support across a team of four senior executives, acting as a central point of coordination and ensuring the leadership team has the information, reporting and administrative support they need.
This is not a traditional diary-heavy EA role. Approximately 80% of the role will focus on high-level administration, reporting, presentations and information coordination, with the remainder covering traditional executive support.
Coordinating executive travel and schedules
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation
One of the key reasons this role is attractive is the culture around work-life balance. The leadership team does not expect their EA to live at work or be constantly available outside standard hours.Your working day will generally be 8:00am–5:00pm. There may be the occasional later finish when an important tender or reporting deadline requires it, but this is expected to be the exception -not the culture.
We're looking for a highly capable EA professional who enjoys working with senior executives and is comfortable taking significant ownership. You'll ideally have:
We're not looking for someone who simply waits for a list of tasks. The ideal person will naturally think: "What will they need next, and how can I make that easier?"
This is an opportunity for an experienced EA who wants the seniority, remuneration and exposure of a C-suite position without the expectation that work has to consume your life.
If you're highly capable, commercially minded, proactive and looking for a role where your experience will genuinely be valued - I’d love to hear from you.
A current driver's licence is essential.
