In addition to your operational expertise, your outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, will be crucial as you engage with stakeholders at all levels, building and maintaining trusted relationships across the organisation. You will handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, while maintaining a proactive, solutions-oriented approach that drives continuous improvement. A positive "can-do" attitude, maturity, and willingness to support others in both small and large tasks will be key to your success. Whether it's managing the office, stocking the kitchen, or prioritising tasks, your curiosity, innovation, and strong commitment to helping senior leadership will make you an invaluable asset to the team.
