Job summary

Lynk Global Pty Ltd is seeking Excavator Operators for civil construction projects in Toowoomba and Brisbane. The role involves operating excavators safely across residential subdivision sites, with a focus on trenching, bulk and detailed excavation, loading trucks, and site preparation as part of an experienced team.

We require proven experience on civil infrastructure projects, valid plant tickets and a Construction White Card, plus a current driver's license and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators across civil construction works.

Lynk Global is recruiting on behalf of an established civil contractor seeking Excavator Operators to join their growing site team in Toowoomba and Brisbane.

This is a full-time role working across civil construction projects, operating excavators safely and efficiently as part of an experienced site team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating excavators across a range of civil construction works
• Trenching, bulk excavation, detailed excavation and site preparation
• Working around underground services and existing infrastructure
• Loading trucks and moving materials
• Completing daily pre-starts and basic machine checks
• Working closely with supervisors, labourers and other plant operators
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience operating excavators in civil construction
• Confident completing both bulk and detailed excavation
• Relevant plant/operator tickets

• Valid driver's license
• Understands site safety requirements
• Is reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team

Experience working on civil infrastructure, subdivisions, drainage, roadworks or similar projects will be highly regarded.
