Job summary

Lynk Global Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast/Beaudesert region seeks an experienced Dozer Operator to join a site team on residential subdivision projects, delivering bulk earthworks and site preparation. You will operate dozers safely and efficiently, following site plans and specifications, coordinating with supervisors and other plant operators to sustain quality and productivity.

• Proven experience operating dozers in civil construction.
• Strong experience with bulk earthworks and site preparation.
• Construction White Card and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers across civil construction and subdivision projects.
• Perform bulk earthworks, cut and fill, spreading and site preparation.
• Trim and shape batters, pads and site levels to design specs.
• Work to site plans, levels and specifications.
• Maintain safety around other plant, personnel and infrastructure.
• Complete daily pre-starts and basic machine checks.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other plant operators to maintain productivity and quality.

About the Role

Lynk Global is recruiting on behalf of an established civil contractor seeking an experienced Dozer Operators to join their site team in Gold Coast & Beaudesert.

This is a full-time role working across residential subdivision and civil construction projects, operating dozers safely and efficiently as part of an experienced site team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating dozers across civil construction and subdivision projects
• Bulk earthworks, cut and fill, spreading and site preparation
• Trimming and shaping batters, pads and site levels
• Working to site plans, levels and specifications
• Working safely around other plant, personnel and infrastructure
• Completing daily pre-starts and basic machine checks
• Working closely with supervisors and other plant operators
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity and quality

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience operating dozers in civil construction
• Strong experience in bulk earthworks and site preparation
• Confident working to levels and site requirements
• Relevant plant/operator tickets
• Construction White Card
• Valid driver's licence
• Good understanding of site safety requirements
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
• Takes pride in their equipment and quality of work

Experience working on residential subdivisions, civil infrastructure, roadworks, bulk earthworks or similar projects will be highly regarded.
